Setting the User Defined Secrets Values

To set the values for these “secret” variables, click on the Settings option on the repository page. From the Settings page, there is a set of menu options on the left. Look for the Secrets option and click on it to reveal its menu.
Clicking on Actions brings up the page where you can create the 5 required secrets and set their values. Initially, there may be no secrets set. To define the first one, click on New repository secret.
This opens up a form where you can enter the name of the secret variable and its value. After entering the secret name and value, click on Add secret to save this name and value for use by the workflow script.
Repeat this process to set the other 4 secrets. When complete you will see all 5 values for this repository.
